The Board
The Board of Directors makes policy decisions about regional solid waste issues, providing direction for JPA programs.
Board meetings are scheduled quarterly, on the second Thursday of January, April, July, and October, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Victor Valley Materials Recovery Facility (17000 Abbey Lane, Victorville). Board agendas are available by direct mail, or on e-mail by request at:

Technical Advisory Committee
The Technical Advisory Committee includes staff from each community. The committee meets on the second Thursday of each month, except during Board meeting months. Most meetings begin at 10 a.m., at the Victor Valley MRF. The committee reviews items for the Board agenda, monitors implementation of JPA activities, and shares information about integrated waste management issues, trends, opportunities and programs.
