Household Hazardous Waste Collection Locations
Remember: motor oil, poisons, fertilizers, old medicines, hobby supplies, pool chemicals, and cleaners cannot be thrown into the trash and should never be poured on the ground or down drains. Take these and all household hazardous waste to the HHW collection center nearest you. Services are all FREE and open to JPA City and unincorporated San Bernardino County residents.

Transport Guidelines
Before transporting hazardous waste to a collection facility, be sure that:
- The amount of waste transported does not exceed 15 gallons or 125 lbs per visit in containers no larger than 5-gallon.
- The containers are sound, not leaking and sealed.
- The waste is in its original container or is properly labeled as to its contents.
- Wastes are placed securely in the vehicle for safe transport.
- The contents of the container are the same as stated on the label. If not, cover up the label and write the name of its contents.
