Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and other bulky appliances are not just dead weight. Residents in incorporated areas can call their hauler to request a bulky pickup. You can then leave the appliance at the curb and the hauler will pick it up for you.
This description seems a little light. Is it true that all residents can participate? Are these pickups free? How frequent and is the frequency the same for all regions? What about unincorporated areas?
